- A simple three-step process
- A fast-track bank account (available from HSBC, Lloyds TSB and Barclays)
The three-step company set-up:

Step 2: Register over the phone or by email. We just need some personal details and your company name from you.
Step 3: Within 24 hours, we will email you your Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, Articles of Association, and other official documents, along with the forms and contact details you'll need to set up your account. Please note that we have fast-track relationships with HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds TSB only.
